Sense8<\/em>: 8 individuals are mentally linked with each other. \u00a0Someone is also trying to kill them. \u00a0Wachowskis’ first foray into TV I know of; I’ve mostly loved their stuff. \u00a0Only one I didn’t love was Jupiter Ascending<\/em> but they still earn a watch no matter what. \u00a0That said, I can’t tell if the show is great or preachy crap. \u00a0But I’m only a few in so we’ll see.<\/p>\n

Halt and Catch Fire<\/em>: \u00a0I never watched this because the commercials were awful. \u00a0My mistake, AMC can’t do commercials. \u00a0This is a badass show. \u00a0It’s about a fictional PC company in Texas and borrows heavily from the true stories of Compaq, Dell, Apple and others. \u00a0Some wonderful, insane personalities on the show. \u00a0Mackenzie Davis is the real deal. \u00a0Also, Lee Pace is American. \u00a0Who knew?<\/p>\n

Hannibal:\u00a0<\/em>He’s back motherfuckers. \u00a0Lot of the plots of Hannibal<\/em> and Hannibal Rising<\/em> in this season’s mix. \u00a0Love this show.<\/p>\n

Orange is the New Black<\/em>: Fuck you people. \u00a0The Emperor has no clothes. \u00a0This show has no point to make, no realistic characters, no anything. \u00a0It’s basically a treatment of a potential show. \u00a0Kind of like Weeds actually… \u00a0Except not funny.<\/p>\n

Orphan Black<\/em>: Just started this. \u00a0I think I like it? \u00a0Lots going on here; I’ll update when I can get it straight in my head. \u00a0So probably good.<\/p>\n

Wayward Pines<\/em>: Did I just have a stroke or did M. Night Shymalan do something worthwhile again? \u00a0It may be a Twin Peaks rip off but I’m going to see how it plays out. \u00a0First time I haven’t wanted to kill myself 5 minutes into a Shymalan joint in a long time.<\/p>\n

Empire<\/em>: Can’t bring myself to watch it. \u00a0Looks sooooo dumb.<\/p>\n

Veep<\/em>: \u00a0I’m actually starting to enjoy it a little.<\/p>\n

Upcoming Stuff<\/span><\/p>\n

David Milch is developing a series for HBO based on the works of William Faulkner<\/p>\n

True Detective<\/em> Season 2 y’all<\/p>\n

Show Me a Hero<\/em> – New work from David Simon (The Wire<\/em>)<\/p>\n

HBO has also commissioned a Westworld<\/em> remake\/series. \u00a0We’ll see…<\/p>\n

And we’ve been bombarded with commercials for them but just in case you missed it HBO ha also scheduled a comedy about sports management starring the Rock (Ballers<\/em>) and what looks like a pretty funny political comedy called The Brink<\/em> written by Jay Roach.<\/p>\n

There’s also a bunch of crap that’s going to be canceled soon by Fox and a Heros<\/em> sequel on NBC.<\/p>\n

AMC has a few shitty new shows and a Walking<\/em> Dead<\/em> spinoff.<\/p>\n

New season of Tyrant<\/em> on the way from FX. \u00a0Also season 2 of the Strain<\/em><\/p>\n
